What are Upsc govt exams?

UPSC is an autonomous body formed by Indian Governemtn who conduct competitive examinations to select candidates for various categories of service cadre starting from clarical grade to administrative service/defence services etc. The examinations usually contain atleast one screener and that final exam followed by personality test/interview/group discussions etc.

UPSC government exams are those which are conducted by Union Publis Service Commission like IAS, IFS etc. These exams are conducted in three phases prelimimnary, main and interview. Advertisements for the exams appear in leading newspapers.
