I keep hearing people rave about how rechargeable batteries (AA, AAA, etc, not cell phone or computer batteries) are saving them money... But I never had any luck. I have tried a few different brands (including Duracell) but they just won't hold a charge. Sometimes I put freshly charged batteries in my digital camera, and they went into "low battery" mode after 1 or 2 pictures. It's just ridiculous, considering how much more expensive they were than regular disposable batteries. Is there a particular brand that really performs better and holds the charge longer? Is there something I can do to keep the battery lasting longer? Thanks.
