computer-related tasks and helps guests with software and hardware problems. It was first used to describe a member of staff in the Ritz-Carlton
hotel in Doha whose specific role was to help the business
traveller connect their laptop to the Internet, download email and use the in-house phone and TV systems amongst other jobs.
