Is it necessary to exercise everyday for good health and fitness?

It is not only best to exercise daily but it is truly benefical for all children, adults and animals too.

Being active everyday is good for health and fitness; walking, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, etc.

However if you're doing a strenuous exercise routine such as lifting weights or jogging then it is best to take a day off every few days to allow your body to recuperate.

I think healthy person need mild exercise daily.That will keep him energetic whole day..

I think that the most important thing for good health and fitness is proper exercise. We should give proper exercise to every part of the body.
